Characteristics of a Civilization Research Booklet
This printable material is meant to be used as a follow-up to the initial instruction of the Characteristics of a Civilization 3-Part Cards. Students are encouraged to select a civilization they wish to research further and use this booklet as a guide them through the research process.
The students are provided with a table of contents, description of a civilization, and the eightprimary characteristics. Additionally, they are given prompts for each characteristic to help them navigate their research. Many of the prompt pages also include an opportunity for illustrations as well.

To make the booklet, print the document single sided and cut out the pages on the dotted lines. To construct, either staple the pages together or use this as an opportunity to practice sewing by poking holes along the left edge of the booklet using a pushpin and sewing the pages together.
